Kalpa Wall Calendar

Dalí was born on 11 May 1904 in the Catalan town of Figueres. From childhood he demonstrated a gift for painting. He became famous for his surrealist works, many of which are based on a dreamy imagination and everyday objects which take on unusual forms. His paintings are characterised by a careful drawing process using striking colours and a sense for realistic detail.
