Kalpa gives 2 year warranty on all its products on manufacturing errors. You will then receive another or a similar product as a replacement. Kalpa does not warrant any usage damage. You may call Kalpa at +3130-6031744 in case of a problem with a kalpa product.
Kalpa features a sufficiently publicized complaints procedure and handles the complaint according to this complaints procedure.
Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be described fully and clearly within reasonable time submitted to Kalpa after the consumer has observed the defects.
The complaints submitted to tKalpa will be answered within a period of 14 days from the day of receipt. If a complaint has a foreseeable longer processing time, Kalpa will answer within 14 days an acknowledgement and an indication when the consumer will receive a more detailed answer.
If a complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement then there is a dispute that is subject to the dispute settlement.
From February 15 2016 it is also possible to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission for end consumers. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not registered elswhere, you are free to deposit your complaint at the platform of the EU.
