You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the web store are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - will be returned to the Kalpa in the original condition and packaging. To use this right you can contact us via info@kalpa.nl or tel +31306031744.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of the registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Please enclose the Kalpa shipping voucher and The account number on which we can refund the purchase amount mention. (We cannot see the account number of your payment, because the payment runs through a secure payment company).

Occasionally a package disappears at the carrier. Therefore, keep the proof of shipment so that you can prove that the package has been sent.

As soon as we have received your shipment unused, Kalpa will return your money within 14 days within 14 days.

1. If the customer wants to return a product that is not damaged, the postage costs for the customer are.
2. If a product is damaged at a customer, Kalpa reimburses the postage costs.
3. If Kalpa receives a damaged product, a replacement product will be sent within three working days.
