Cancellation & Returns
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the product. We will refund the full order amount, including shipping costs. Return shipping from your home to our store is at your expense.
To return a product, include all accessories and, if possible, the original packaging. Contact us at info@kalpa.nl or +31 30 603 1744 in case you have any questions. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product in good condition. Please include the Kalpa invoice with. Keep proof of shipment in case the carrier loses the package.
Warranty
Kalpa provides a 2-year warranty on all products against manufacturing defects. Defective items will be replaced with the same or a similar product. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse. To report a defective product, call 030 60 31 744 or use our Contact Form.
Complaints
Complaints should be submitted clearly and promptly after discovering a defect. We respond within 7 days.
If a complaint cannot be resolved within 3 months, it may be submitted to a dispute resolution scheme.
